The North Shore Country Estate is one of a kind 5-bedroom, 4-bath in a 3500 square foot home on 17 acres, in the sleepy North Shore Oahu town of Kahuku. You and your party of up to 12 people will enjoy this beautifully designed Old Hawaiian Plantation style home and will be only minutes from some of the most amazing beaches in the world.
This custom built home was designed for families. The entire downstairs has an open floor plan that includes a massive well stocked kitchen. The dining room features a large family style table that seats 16. A very roomy and comfy living room offers a 70-inch flat screen TV to unwind after a fun-filled day exploring nearby beaches.
The upstairs has 5 bedrooms. The living room/loft area has a 55-inch flat screen TV. There is a full size laundry room equipped with a large washer and dryer.
Primary Bedroom: This huge primary bedroom comes with a custom built Cal-King bed, couch and ceiling fan. The bathroom has a beautiful walk-in shower and invites you to soak in the Jacuzzi tub. There is also a 55-inch flat screen TV.
Bedroom 2 "Ocean Blue Room": This bedroom has a Queen size bed, its own desk and chair and shares a full bathroom with the "Plumeria" room.
Bedroom 3 "Plumeria Room": This bedroom has a Queen size bed, desk and chair and is connected to a shared bathroom.
Bedroom 4 "Pineapple Room": This bedroom has a Queen size bed, vanity desk, and chair and is connected to a shared full size bathroom with the 5th bedroom the "Keiki Room".
Bedroom 5 "Keiki (kids) Room": This fun room has 2 sets of twin size bunk beds for a total of 4 twin beds in an open space setting and is connected to the shared bathroom with bedroom #4 the "Pineapple Room".
Your family will enjoy our beautifully landscaped yard. The kids can play and enjoy themselves while you watch them from the rocking chairs on the porch. Have your kids check out the fresh water stream the runs through the property, where they can see the fishes and Hawaiian Prawns. Enjoy fresh papayas or apple bananas from the yard. (when in season). When in bloom, feel free to pick plumeria flowers that grow in the yard and wear them in your ear. A local tradition is to wear the flower on your left ear if you are taken and on your right ear if you are single.
Parking is never an issue with our expansive driveway. Don't worry about beach gear while on your trip. We provide beach chairs and toys for your use. We have beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, surf boards (at your request) and a closet full of beach towels.
If you are open to trying new and unique places to eat, we are just a hop skip and a jump (literally 1 minute away) from the best Garlic Shrimp in Hawaii and some of the coolest eateries like Seven Brothers Burgers, Giovani's Shrimp Truck (as seen on the Food Network), Ono Yo and more.
If you're looking to treat your spouse or partner out for a higher end dining experience you can stop in at The Turtle Bay Resort, and dine at the world famous Roy's Restaurant or our personal favorite Lei Lei's Bar & Grill. Which is just a quick 5-minute drive.

▶ The Hawaiian Islands have some of the most remote and benign tropical rainforests in the world. Nevertheless, like any moist and fertile environment, you may find some ants, mosquitoes, roaches and critters like little geckos that share this beautiful world with humans. To keep out bugs, remember to close the doors right after entering. Don't leave food or crumbs on counters or tables and avoid eating at the bed because ants are really smart and fast.
