IMPORTANT — ABOUT THE RITZ-CARLTON RESORT ACCESS: Kuilima Estates is a privately-owned condominium complex next to The Ritz-Carlton O’ahu, Turtle Bay. We are not affiliated with the hotel, and our guests do NOT have access to the Ritz-Carlton’s pool, jacuzzi, spa, or gym. The good news: you have full access to all THREE KUILIMA ESTATES POOLS, and the Ritz-Carlton’s restaurants, surf cove, golf, horse stables, walking/biking trails, and shops are all open to the public just a short walk away.


RESTAURANTS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE: Lei Lei’s Bar & Grill at the Fazio clubhouse, Roy’s Beach House, Alaia, Off the Lip, Ho’olana, and the poolside bar at the Ritz-Carlton. Local favorites a short drive away include Kahuku Sugar Mill food trucks and restaurants, Ted’s Bakery, and Seven Brothers.
