The view was not as great as pictured, there is a building below and this view was very zoomed in to crop that out.... there was an infestation of cockroaches and we were only informed of some cockroaches an hour prior to check in time, so we proceeded to continue to head to our booking and check it out. (We booked 3 months in advanced) upon arrival we found out only one elevator was in working condition, there was no a/c, or hot water from the front desk of the facility (not the host). Then pur door lock mechanism was broke, i called the host and was told someone would be there to fix it in 15 minutes and i had to call again after 30 minutes and finally had someone show up about 45 mins after the 1st call. We checked out the room for the cockroaches we were informed about and only saw 2, so we continued with the booking. They fixed the lock on the door and we went back to the front desk to ensure they knew we were parking there and that we didn't need a parking pass. The parking was not free as advertised/stated in VRBO so we paid for that and left for dinner. When we got back the roaches were worse as the night went on with anywhere to babies to full grown adults. I was upset that there were no other accommodations offered for our stay and/or that VRBO/host did not help pay for the last minute hotel/condo change. If we knew we would've picked elsewhere and had paid the same or cheaper but due to last minute change the week of valentine's week it was more.
