    This stunning third-floor condo has been tastefully decorated to offer the perfect blend of elegance and comfort. As you step inside, you'll immediately notice the breathtaking view of the west coast of Maui through a second large window.     This luxurious unit comes equipped with a gourmet kitchen that features a prep island and high-end appliances. Whip up delicious meals and savor them while enjoying the gorgeous view on the lanai. The wide expanse of the ocean and the islands of Molokai and Lana'i will take your breath away.

    The condo has an in-unit washer and dryer, making laundry a breeze, and features tile floors and two wall-mounted TVs, one in the living room, and a second in the bedroom. The bedroom has a king-size bed and A/C, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable sleep. With the queen sofa bed in the living room, the unit is suitable for up to four guests. Beautiful views and two small beaches. I’ve stayed in six different condos within a mile of this one and this is hands-down my favorite unit and complex. I was literally looking at other complexes we stayed at from the beach. The photos are from the balcony and from the beach down below.

A Beautiful Time in Maui

Lovely place with excellent management

The managers of this complex are incredible. Everything is clean and well maintained. Loved the nightly lighting of the tiki lights around the property. The grills are excellent and the property location is perfect for dinner nearby.

Lovely condo and beautiful setting on the ocean. Exactly as described! We stayed for 8 nights and would have stayed longer. Close proximity to everything West Maui has to offer. We will be back! 🌴

Lovely, relaxing stay....

We enjoyed the space and grounds immensely. We'll manicured, beautiful setting right on the water. Beautiful sunsets complete with torches lit each evening. The pool was immaculate and the beach was steps away. Swimmers entered the ocean from the on-site beach and swam just yards away to snorkel! Will return!

"Whale Song"

Was doing a bit of island hoping with the hubby as a 60th birthday surprise. Was about to miss Maui until this place popped up. Booked it and the rest is history. Place is exactly as pictured. We saw whales off the balcony as soon as we checked in. Extremely excited about this. Very quiet gated grounds. Located near many activities to access and explore. This place was absolutely perfect for 2. I really couldn't imagine 4. Thanks again for sharing your amazing slice of Maui with us. Fred and Stephanie Chatham, Louisiana

The lanai is the best

Really nice, small condo in a convenient area. The development itself is fairly small by Maui standards which makes it nice - not an overwhelming number of people. My only complaint is the very, Very heavily scented laundry detergent and cleaning products used. Give us allergic and sensitive folks a break and switch to unscented products. Perfume does not equal clean.

Absolutely beautiful

We were going to do a snorkeling tour and several people told us that the best snorkeling was here, right in front of our condo. We did not believe them. So we rented some snorkeling gear and checked it out. WOW they were right. We saw a dozen turtles if no more. I saw at least 10 octopuses. And the fish were so beautiful. The condo was great. Very clean and the perfect size for a couple. Every night we sat out on the lanai and listened to the waves. Great place to stay. So close to shopping and everything. Don’t pass it up, you will regret it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit has fantastic full views of the ocean, Moloka’i and Lanai and from the side window ocean views and the view of a gorgeous tree. True that the side window does also have a view of solar panels and roof, but that is quickly overshadowed by the beauty of everything else.The kitchen appliances are new and the bed was comfy... a lovely breeze circulates through most of the unit, but the AC in the bedroom was wonderful at night. Another awesome thing about Kuleana is the snorkeling is great! We saw at least 10 sea turtles once snorkeling. The grounds are also lovely.

We also had to buy coffee filters. I left them there so the next people don’t have to buy them. Also, would be nice to leave salt and pepper. For $400.00 a night, we expected better.

The unit is the best location on the property. The view from the unit is excellent. The only drawback is that is is a 2 floor walkup.The unit itself although small is acceptable. the furniture is in need of an upgrade as the couch is very uncomfortable. The bath has a whirlpool tub that would literally take over an hour to fill with the current water pressure and the shower rain head is more of a drizzle. It's a high step over the edge of the tub to get in and out of the shower. Bottom line is stay in the unit for the view.

We saw whales every day of our 2 week trip in Dec. The condo has lots of natural light, laundry, modern bathroom and fully stocked kitchen. It was nice to have the lounge chair on the balcony and the island in the kitchen - it gave us much more room for food prep. We also liked the proximity to the pool and the small beach. Overall a great stay.
