The condo can accommodate up to 4 guests with a King-size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living space. The spacious main living area includes modern furniture with tropical touches and a large flat-screen TV. A split A/C unit is also equipped in the living room and bedroom, ceiling fans are available to help stay cool. There are no elevators at this low-rise boutique resort.

The comfortable bedroom includes a King-size bed and a washer and dryer for your convenience. The bedroom is also equipped with a split A/C unit. The remodeled bathroom is updated with a large walk-in shower. The oceanfront lanai includes a dining table for 4 and a lounge chair. Dine al fresco on the lanai while enjoying the stunning ocean view. A dining table for 2 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows. The high-end kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Ample counter space provides additional seating for 2 and makes meal prepping a breeze.

There are no elevators at this low-rise boutique resort. Please note that there is only 1 parking stall per unit and there are no resort or parking fees.

If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
