Come stay in our luxurious 3rd FLOOR, WRAP-AROUND CORNER OCEANFRONT condo, and you will never want to leave! It is very spacious, with 1400 sq ft inside, consisting of 2 bdrm 2.5 bath and is fully furnished with TWO Faily new AC UNITS. The condo is located right on world-famous Kahana Bay, a 5 min drive from either Kaanapali Beach or Kapalua Bay and just south of Napili.

The condo boasts a fabulous 40 foot WRAP AROUND LANAI which is accessible from the living room/dining room and master bedroom. This provides a 270 deg view of the islands of Molokai & Lanai, also overlooking the pool area. The oceanis so close you can literally throw a stone into the water from the deck.

This location is ideal for whale watching (in season) or observing the turtle activity in the shallow waters. It is not on the windy/shaded side of the building. It also has unobstructed views, so you are not staring at another building, just beautiful water, islands, and unbelievable sunsets and rainbows.

Our remodeled condo has new cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, lighting, and fixtures in the kitchen & all 3 baths, plus tile floors. Master bath shower has large tiles, including a seat inside the shower! For TV & movies, a 65" FLAT-SCREEN in living room, and also a 60" flat screen TV in the master bdrm, with Blu-ray. Also a 50" flat screen TV in the guest room. The vinyl flooring is new throughout the condo, and a lovely new couch has been delivered. We have new drapes with liners and the windows have just been tinted to cut out the glare from the afternoon sun. This also keeps the heat out so the AC will run more efficiently.

The Royal Kahana Resort is located on the beautiful West Coast of Maui in Kahana Bay, and is surrounded by Maui's spectacular natural beauty. The lobby has been completely remodeled, with an on-sight CONCIERGE DESK located in the large sitting area, enabling you to book all your fun activities! Lounge on our grassy front lawn with plenty of lounge chairs for sunbathing or poolside. BBQ poolside ( 5 BBQ's available, first come first served). Whale watching from the lanai (in season). Our unit is an excellent choice for families or couples wanting a comfortable unit with great views and amenities, and most importantly value. No expensive daily resort fees or parking fees added. A much more pleasant option than staying in a hotel.

Just steps away awaits an ocean of recreation. With our PRIME-LOCATION, the Royal Kahana offers swimming, snorkeling, surfing and paddle boarding in the sparkling Pacific Waters that splash its shoreline. You can swim in the heated pool or sun yourself on the deck or on the lawn fronting the building.

NOTE: Direct beach access from our property is sometimes limited due to environmental conditions out of our control, and may change without notice. When closed, access is available just a short walk from our property. It is suggested that guests call the Royal Kahana Resort for up-to-date shoreline conditions.

We have a newly re-decorated HEALTH/FITNESS ROOM, ping pong, shuffleboard and a beachfront pool that has also just been renovated.

There is a nominal parking fee of $18.00 per vehicle per night.
