We take cleanliness seriously, and the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each guest's arrival.

The unit features a full-size washer, dryer, and smart TVs with premium cable in the living room and bedroom. A lighted walkway begins at the Mahana, passes by the neighboring Duke's restaurant, and continues to Black Rock at the Sheraton Hotel.

Additionally, the Mahana offers freshly laundered beach towels daily in our lobby.

There are NO resort or parking fees, and we DO NOT have the $25 PER DAY amenity fee that ASTON CHARGES its guests.

For those concerned about properties on the Mintoya list, the Mahana is zoned Hotel, and will NOT be subject to any of its restrictions. Additionally, all construction work at the Mahana is complete.

We highly recommend travel insurance. Unless air travel to Maui is restricted, no refunds will be issued for cancellations due to events outside our control, such as inclement weather.
If you need to cancel within 60 days of your arrival, we will attempt to fill the vacancy and refund as much as possible to minimize or avoid forfeiting any paid money. Cancellations made 61 days or more before arrival are eligible for a full refund.
