BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to weather, heavy surf, strong currents, and tides. Due to Maui's rural setting, you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don't kill them. Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Maui is in a tropical climate. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. By booking your stay with us, you accept that Host is not liable for any inconveniences arising from any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of water, electricity, air conditioning or plumbing that is beyond their control. Host is not liable for any loss or damage to Tenants' personal property caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond their control. Tenants accept that the cable and internet service at the Rental can be sporadic and unreliable at times, and Tenant shall not be entitled to any refund of the rental fee in the event either of these services are unavailable or not operating properly during Tenants' stay.

Love Maui El Dorado
This is our second stay at the El Dorado. They units are always clean and well taken care of. We love the location and how convenient everything is. The cabana on the beach makes beach days great.

The place was great, an extra bathroom and private bedroom made it easier for us since we were traveling with our baby who needed a quiet space to nap and fall asleep! Keep in mind that there is no elevator in the building so hauling extra gear (especially if traveling with a baby) takes a bit of effort.

Great place to stay!
It started out a little rough as they didn’t have my reservation at the Maui El Dorado. The front desk agent and I both contacted the rental company and they got the reservation right over! They were super quick to answer and get it taken care of. The rental was clean and very nice. I would definitely recommend staying there.!

Fantastic location just a 10-minute walk from Black Rock beach. The place is very clean and features modern furniture, although the overall structure is older. We encountered a few issues with a water leak and the A/C during our stay, but they were resolved quickly. It would be helpful to have a few more dining options, as we found ourselves washing dishes quite frequently. We definitely plan to return!

Lovely condo. Well appointed in all but the kitchen. 4 plates even for one person would mean constant washing. The silverware was silly. I think the condo is a work in progress. Those are not complaints, just suggestions.
