"Beware. Bathroom had a powerful musty/dank odour. Needed to keep the bathroom fan on and the bathroom door closed the entire stay. All of the towels in the bathroom were damp on arrival. Not sure how the hotel isn’t aware that there’s a problem here. Request a 2nd floor room if staying in the B complex, ground floor."

"Room clean & tidy, a good size. Bed comfortable. Room was a little dated but maintained. The Jurien Hotel at the front of units was good for dinner. A short walk to Jurien Bay Cafe and Pier on Waterfront. Also handy to Shopping Centre and IGA. Delicatessen in IGA very good. Beachfront a great place to watch the sun set"

"The kids absolutely loved the pool! The laundry facilities were very convenient—since they were located in a soundproofed room, we could even use them at night without worrying about the noise. Our room was spotless, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!"

"Well- air con was useless- shower sprayed everywhere- the back steps were a safety habit no handrail. I am sure that the front and side doors were secured so you couldn’t open them and had only one exit which I think is against the law. Every tap bar the bathroom handbasin was continuously dripping. A few improvements would make a big difference."
