"Great set up for a small house. Extra enclosed porch on back , beside hot tub. Only problem was, the hot tub would only heat to 99. Not really hot, but beautiful wooded setting. Don't let the road scare you. Pup loved the river walk and being off leash the whole time, since it is a secluded spot. "

"This was our second stay, and the first time we took our son trout fishing. The property is beautiful. The river was low and we didn't catch anything, but still had a great time. If I'm nit-picking, the living room could use a simple throw blanket. The stored ones are itchy and give me flashbacks to my grandma's house in the 80s. Many hikes and exploring then back to the house to relax and take in the awesome view. Short ride to Blackwater Falls and Canaan Valley state parks. "A perfect little getaway tucked into the woods. Secluded and private, the area is beautiful. The cabin itself was so cute, just what we wanted. There was wood already ready to build a fire, the kitchen is very well stocked with cooking and cleaning supplies, there were board games, and a smart TV. When I contacted the host they answered quickly and were very gracious."
