Beyond the kitchen and dining area is the nicely-appointed living room with a New Sleeper Sofa with a super-comfy memory foam mattress and a cozy gas fireplace. Just off of the living room is a full-sized washer and dryer for your use and a quarter bath. Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other has a Brand-New king size bed with a full-size bath between the two bedrooms.This impressive condo is set up perfectly for two couples or a small family. Sit on your private deck surrounded by aspens where deer often are seen cruising by. A gas BBQ grille is available on your private deck (June thru October) to cook up those awesome Rainbows your family caught that day. This property is just a short drive to the June Mountain Ski Area and all 4 June Lake Loop Lakes, not to mention the entrance to Yosemite National Park. Epic! Started with two blue-sky days on the mountain. Winter storm and atmospheric river blew in for 36 hours, heavy rain. Aspen Meadows #9 kept us warm and cozy. The Harry Potter marathon kept us entertained. Grateful for the stove and TVs and cable. (We also played games) The storm transitioned to snow and we received 2 to 3 feet of fresh powder. Ended with two powder days on the mountain. This is a wonderful cabin-we look forward to returning to enjoy the great adventures of June Lake.

Everything was great. The cabin is very cozy & welcoming. The beds were nice and soft. As I am writing this note, we`re still thinking about what if anything could improve. We got nothing. The only thing was our truck would not fit in the garage. But to be honest, we did not expect a garage to begin with. Thank you, see you soon.

A great Father`s Day weekend. Mountain biking in Mammoth, dual sporting, lake days, went to all 3 local breweries. We loved staying here and hope all that follow will enjoy all the local fare & resources as well.

Wow, this is exactly what our family needed. Our vacation was great in this cozy, clean, and sunny condo with fast internet for our son`s school zoom classes. We loved the furnishings and the big TV in the living room. We`ll definitely be staying in this condo again soon.

The accommodations were really clean and the space was perfect for four adults and a toddler. We brought a baby gate so our toddler wouldn`t climb the stairs by himself. It was also very quiet and we could not hear the neighbors next door at all. The views of the mountains from the condo and the amount of sunlight that came through the windows were so nice. I would gladly stay here again.

Great place to stay within close proximity of everything on the June Lake Loop. Plenty of room for our family of 4 adults and 2 kids and an infant. The condo was clean and updated. Would definitely stay again.
