The "Aloha" apartment in Residence Juliana 38 is located on the ground floor and features a large, partially covered sun terrace with views of the dunes. At approximately 75 m², it is fully equipped for 4-5 people. The apartment is very comfortable, with central heating, underfloor heating in the bathroom, a bathtub, and a separate shower.

Upon entering the building, you pass through the hallway into the modern and bright living room. The living room has a Scandinavian vintage look and includes a spacious dining area with views of the Julianadorp dunes. The living room features two comfortable sofas. In addition to the comfortable sofa and a lovely dining area (including a highchair), the living room also offers a satellite smart TV, DVD player, and free Wi-Fi. A wide selection of books and games is available for relaxing and socializing. Adjacent to the living room, you'll find the fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, hand mixer, waffle iron, a coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, and many other cooking utensils. From the living room, you can access the partially covered terrace.

The house has two bedrooms. The first bedroom is on your right as you enter. This stylish bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm) and a spacious wardrobe. The second bedroom is diagonally opposite the first. This bright bedroom contains two single beds (90x200 cm). There is also an additional single bed (90x200 cm) and a crib that can be set up in either bedroom. Next to the second bedroom is the modern and spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large sink with a lighted mirror, and a toilet.























... Thanks to central heating, the apartment can be booked year-round and is also perfect for relaxation in the off-season, with long walks on the beach to clear your head. Afterwards, perhaps treat yourself to a nice cup of tea or coffee in the comfortable armchair.
