"Bathroom in our apartment flooded as the slope of the bathroom was going against the drain. It took the staff a lot of time to resolve. They ending up upgrading us to a better room the next day but for such a nice resort they need to get their construction sorted. Also, they restrict consumption of store bought alcholhol in the hotel room which is very strange. You should be free to consume what you want in your room. "

"The pool is by far the best I visited. The upper pool is large. Perfect Temp has easy steps and no children. The lower pool is for kids but it is far enough away you can't hear them. The beach is private, clean large and unobstructed views. Staff at noth the pool and beach provide towels and will serve refreshments."

"There were unexpected charges related to the age of my children. I booked for two adults and two children but had to pay £230 extra for my oldest child upon arrival. "The most heavenly hotel, a real treat! Delightful, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful facilities and a very quiet location. We had breakfast included in our stay which was definitely worth it, the masala dosa were a firm favourite! "The hotel is good, clean, well-organized, and pleasantly scented. The staff are very polite and helpful; they even prepared food without spices for me, which I truly appreciate. The only issue I encountered was transportation. There are no nearby tourist attractions, so I had to rely on taxis for every trip, which became quite expensive. In the end, the cost-benefit was not favorable for me. On one day, I spent around 3,500 rupees on taxis, as there is no Uber available and the local app does not always work reliably."
