Guest Access:

The entire home — all 4 bedrooms, bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living areas, and the private yard with hot tub and views — is exclusively yours for the full duration of your stay. No shared spaces, no other guests.



Self check-in via smartlock. A door code will be sent prior to your arrival and will activate at 4pm on check-in day. Our team is available 24/7 via message.



Parking: On-site driveway parking only — street parking is not permitted in this area.

Nearby highlights include Pioneertown, the legendary Pappy & Harriet's Pioneertown Palace, Cholla Cactus Garden, and Skull Rock. Whether you're hiking at sunrise, exploring local art, or simply unwinding under the stars, Joshua Tree is a destination unlike anywhere else.



Getting Around:

PARKING:

On-site parking only — street parking is not permitted by San Bernardino County. Please keep all vehicles in designated driveway spaces to avoid tickets, fines, or towing.



GETTING AROUND:

The property is located in Joshua Tree, approximately 2.5 hours east of Los Angeles via the I-10. Palm Springs is about 45 minutes west. The west entrance of Joshua Tree National Park is 8 minutes away. The town of Joshua Tree (Natural Sisters Café, Crossroads Café, local galleries) is walkable or a very short drive. Note: rideshare is very limited in the desert — a rental car is strongly recommended for exploring the national park and surrounding area.

Guests must complete the third-party verification process before check-in and submit a valid government-issued ID matching the name on the booking and a selfie for identity verification.



No gatherings or events without prior written approval.

We are committed to protecting our properties and staying up to date with short-term rental regulations. All guests are required to complete our independent third-party verification process.



PLEASE NOTE



Before your booking begins, you must verify your details to complete the booking process. Both a valid government-issued ID and a selfie are required. The ID must match the name on the reservation, and verification must be completed before check-in.



HOT TUB



We offer a hot tub with LED lighting. It is serviced and balanced before arrival and heated to approximately 100°F for your convenience.



FAMILY & PETS



We are family- and dog-friendly! Children aged 2 years and above must be included in the total guest count.



Please provide your dog's breed and age when requesting approval. A $50 fee per pet applies, and guests must agree to our pet policy.



Dog beds and bowls are available for your convenience. Please keep pets off all furniture, including sofas and bedding, to minimize additional cleaning, accidents, or damage.



Please pick up after your pet and dispose of waste in the appropriate garbage bins near the driveway. Refer to the House Rules for additional information.



EXTRA GUESTS



The guest count must not exceed the property's maximum occupancy. Additional guests, if approved, incur a fee of $50 per night per guest, plus applicable booking fees and taxes.



All day guests must be approved before arrival. Day guests are limited to a total of 4 and must leave by 10 PM. Children are included in the total guest count.



VENDORS



The spa is serviced before and after every arrival and departure. For bookings of 3 days or more, our technicians provide complimentary mid-stay cleaning and water balancing. They will not enter the home but will need access to the backyard.



Landscaping and gardening services are scheduled for Fridays or as needed, depending on weather conditions.



PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS



We are in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please follow the County's Good Neighbor Policy and observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.



Outdoor music, noise, and other disturbances that may disrupt the community are not permitted during quiet hours. Violations may result in action regarding your reservation, subject to applicable laws and booking platform policies.



RESPECT



County ordinances regulate excessive noise and light pollution after 10 PM. Please respect our neighbors and refrain from loud noises and outdoor music after 10 PM.



The property is equipped with indoor and outdoor decibel monitoring devices that measure noise levels only and do not record conversations. These devices help ensure compliance with local noise ordinances.



Removing or tampering with any monitoring device is prohibited and may result in additional charges, subject to applicable laws and booking platform policies.

CHERISH



The high desert is known for its clean air, mesmerizing night skies, and abundant wildlife and flora. Cigarette butts, trash, and food left on the ground can harm the local ecosystem. Please dispose of waste properly and help protect our surroundings.



CLEANING



Health and safety are our top priorities. Our in-house cleaning team follows CDC and WHO protocols. We take additional measures to sanitize the home before every arrival.



For this reason, we cannot offer early check-ins or late check-outs. Thank you for understanding.



PHOTOSHOOTS & VIDEOS



If you plan to conduct a photoshoot or video shoot for commercial or business purposes, please share the project details in advance. Prior approval is required. If approved, additional licensing and usage fees apply.



Photoshoots for personal social media accounts are welcome.



WILDLIFE



You may encounter wildlife during your stay, including quail, rare albino lizards, insects, snakes, coyotes, and endangered tortoises and kangaroo mice.



Please use caution when outdoors, especially at night, and supervise children and pets at all times.



NO SMOKING



Smoking and burning candles are prohibited indoors. Smoking is permitted only outdoors, at least 15 feet away from all exterior doors.



A $250 charge may apply for violations, subject to applicable laws and booking platform policies.



BACKYARD FENCING



Although the property is fenced, please supervise pets and children at all times. Desert wildlife may still enter because we share their natural habitat.



EV CHARGER



There is no EV charger at the home. A Tesla Supercharger is available in town, and a public EV charging station is located nearby at Joshua Tree Distillery, where charging is permitted for up to 2 hours per day.



PARKING



Street parking is not permitted by the County. Please keep all vehicles in designated parking spaces to avoid tickets, fines, or towing.
