Other Things to Note:

Guest Count
Only registered guests may enter the property. Day visitors require prior approval and must leave by 10 PM. A $50/night fee applies after the 16th guest. Groups over 20 guests require additional county arrangements. Unauthorized guests may result in cancellation without refund.

Check-In
• Check-in: 4 PM–9 PM
• Check-out: 10 AM
Early check-in and late checkout may be available for an additional fee.

Hot Tub
The hot tub is preset to 80°F upon arrival. Guests are welcome to adjust the temperature during their stay.

Cell Service
Cell reception can be limited in our remote desert location. Consider it the perfect opportunity to unplug and fully immerse yourself in the beauty of Joshua Tree.

RV Parking
Oversized vehicles require prior approval.
• $150 per RV/trailer (up to 4 nights)
• $25 per additional night

No EV Charging:
This property does not offer onsite EV charging. Guests are not permitted to use outdoor electrical outlets to charge electric vehicles. Unauthorized use of outdoor outlets for EV charging will result in a $100 fee.

Entertainment
TVs include DVD players only. Live TV channels are not available.

✔ Refundable $1,000 Security Deposit collected 2 days before arrival and released 2 days after checkout, pending inspection.

House Rules

1. Signed rental agreement and refundable $1,000 security deposit required.
2. Only registered guests are permitted. Day guests require approval and must leave by 10 PM. Extra guest fee: $75/night after the 16th guest.
3. Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 10 AM.
4. Dogs require prior approval and a $75 fee per dog.
5. No smoking indoors. Outdoor smoking must be at least 15 feet from entrances. Indoor smoking incurs a $250 fee.
6. Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM.
7. Keep exterior doors closed to help prevent desert wildlife from entering.
8. No parties, events, or professional photography without written approval.
9. Maintenance staff may access the property when necessary.
10. Glitter and confetti are prohibited.
11. No infants. Children ages 2+ count toward occupancy. The property is not childproof.
12. Please remove trash and wash dishes before departure. Excessive cleaning may incur a $500 fee.
13. WiFi speed and reliability may vary due to the remote location.
14. Guests must remain reachable during their stay. Failure to respond within 30 minutes to urgent county communications may result in a $1,000 county fine.
15. Reschedule requests made within 15 days of arrival are treated as cancellations.
16. Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway and property perimeter. Tampering incurs a $250 fee.
17. Parking is limited to one vehicle per two guests. RVs require prior approval and applicable fees.
18. Please report accidental damage immediately. Unreported damage incurs a $100 administrative fee plus replacement costs.
19. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
