Soulshine is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house that can accommodate up to 8 guests. This home sits in a quiet residential neighborhood in Joshua Tree. Newly renovated in 2021 it features a mix of mid-century modern and bohemian aesthetic that beckons you to unplug and enjoy the surrounding desert scenery.
The crown jewel of the home is the expansive enclosed backyard. This area was made for entertaining. Stringlights line the horseshoe pit, bocce ball, and corn hole areas. Not into games? Relax around the fire pit, lounge in the hammock, catch sunrise or sunset from the swing chairs, or stargaze in the hot tub. The outdoors are equipped with seating, dining, and bbq grill.
-BEDS & BATHS- Designed for groups of up to 7, There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master has a king sized bed and en-suite. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen beds and share the full bath located in the hall. Fully stocked with linens, towels and soaps.
-KITCHEN & DINING- The modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare the perfect meal, including a gas stove, and cabinets stocked with spices and a complete set of cookware. The indoor dining table seats 4, and the island bar top seats 3.
-OUTDOOR SPACE- The outdoor space is stocked with games including horseshoes, bocce ball, and corn hole. There is an outdoor dining table for 6, seating, fire pit, bbq, and hot tub.
-ESSENTIALS- Parking is available for four vehicles. Soulshine is equipped with high speed WiFi, heating and AC. 220V outlet available for EV charing in garage, just bring your own charger.

Guests will have access to entire property.
Only registered guests are allowed, unless specifically agreed upon during the booking process. Any unannounced guests will be asked to leave and the reservation may be cancelled at will. Upper Friendly hills, up against the Joshua tree National park backside. Driveway & Street parking.
-THINGS TO NOTE-
PLEASE respect our neighbors. Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Noise travels in the thin desert air. No outside noise after 10pm.
NO FIRES OR FIRE PITS ALLOWED by San Bernardino County Fire Department. (controlled propane fire pit that is on the property is ok)
NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY use hot tub at your own risk. You will be charged a $400 draining fee if you put any soaps or powders in the hot tub. No jumping, diving, running or rough play near the hot tub area. No glass in the hot tub, there are plastic cups above the wine fridge.
EVENTS & COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS are not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit, and additional fees
We have an outdoor camera system on the property to ensure these rules are adhered to.
