The Space:

A light filled central living area flows into a dining space configured for ten, complemented by crisp central air conditioning to keep every room cool. Beyond the glass doors, a sprawling hundred foot deck extends into the landscape, surrounded by poolside daybeds, a gas fire pit, outdoor dining, and swinging hammocks shaded by native desert flora. We are sure you’ll feel right at home and enjoy the beautiful views, brilliant sunsets, endless stargazing, or a revitalizing yoga class on our 100+ foot deck with a built-in full sized swimming pool. Also enjoy a relaxing dip in our luxurious 8 person hot tub after a long day of hiking in nearby Joshua Tree National Park, just an 8 minute drive away. Guests will have access to the entire home and property and will enjoy exploring the secluded 1+ acre plot that we share with the local roadrunners, quails, and jackrabbits. Inside the home is fully remodeled and equipped with high quality kitchen amenities, cozy beds and mattresses, luxurious linen bedding, and warm, comfy furniture curated in a tasteful modern desert aesthetic.

Getting Around:

We recommend traveling by car to explore Joshua Tree for maximum flexibility, as ride sharing services are unreliable. If you prefer not to drive, the local taxi service Lucky 777 is a dependable option. Our property offers free parking for up to four vehicles to ensure your car is kept secure during your stay.



Other Things to Note:

4:00PM Check-In: We'd love for you to check in before 8pm so you have plenty of daylight to settle in and get comfortable before dark.



Heating & Cooling: The home has central heating and air conditioning are provided throughout the home to keep guests comfortable in every season. The garage room with 2 beds has it's own mini split for heating and cooling year round.



Pets Allowed: We welcome dogs for a fee of $60 per dog, with a maximum of 2 dogs per stay. Please note that no other pets are permitted at this property.



Pool: The pool is 4ft deep. NO diving is allowed at anytime. Currently, the pool is not heated so if you are booking this home in the colder months, please be aware of this. Usually in the summer the pool will be better 70s- mid 80s.



Music & Noise: Any and all amplified outside music is not allowed per the county code. We do not supply any speakers and we do not allow any speakers at the property. The neighbors are very sensitive to noise and there can not be music or excessive noise outside at any time.



Dirt Roads: The road to the house is on about 1 miles dirt road. An SUV will not be needed as they are maintained dirt roads but they can be a little bumpy.



Guest Policy: We only allow the number of guests listed as the maximum occupancy for this property, so any additional day guests must be requested and approved in advance. No extra overnight guests are permitted beyond those included in your reservation.



Watch your Step: This desert land holds onto bits of its past, so you may spot the occasional rusty object or piece of glass in the yard, please wear shoes anytime you're outside. You'll also be sharing the landscape with local snakes and scorpions. They want nothing to do with you, so if you see one, just back away calmly and quietly



Wood Burning Fires: We do not permit wood-burning fires anywhere on the property at any time, including in fire pits or fireplaces, due to the high risk of wildfire in our area. This policy is strictly enforced for the safety of our guests, neighbors, and the surrounding landscape,.



Desert Critters: Please keep doors closed while entering and exiting, curious critters will let themselves in given the chance. Desert wildlife is part of what makes this area special, expect sightings of jackrabbits, tortoises, roadrunners, quail, and lizards. You may also spot coyotes, rattlesnakes, scorpions, or occasionally a bobcat or mountain lion. Most just want their space, so it's best to give them yours.



Camera/ Decibel Monitor: This property has forward-facing exterior security cameras, but there are no cameras anywhere inside the home. We also use noise decibel monitors indoors to help avoid disturbing neighbors. These only measure sound levels and never record audio.

We like to respect our guest’s privacy, so you won’t see too much of us - unless you need us to come by. We will be available to answer any questions you may have and to help make your stay more enjoyable.
