Inside, the home keeps everything bright, minimal, and easy to gather around. The living room opens toward the pool through large glass doors, with a deep sofa, 55-inch Roku smart TV, JBL Bluetooth speaker, and a games basket for slower nights in. The kitchen carries the same modern desert feel, with warm wood accents, sculptural lighting, bar seating, and an open flow that keeps meals, drinks, and conversation connected. It’s simple in the best way: clean lines, natural textures, plenty of light, and direct access to the outdoor spaces that make the home feel built around the view.

Three king bedrooms make the sleeping setup especially easy for couples, families, or friends traveling together. The primary bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and sliding doors to the pool area, while the two additional king bedrooms also open to the backyard through sliding glass doors.

Outside is where Cielo Vista really takes over. Spend the afternoon between the private in-ground pool, loungers, and covered patio, then move into the complimentary heated spa when the desert air cools down. The spa is operated by a remote panel at the edge, so the reset is simple after hikes, park days, or pickleball matches. A backyard court gives the group a built-in activity, while the Nexgrill 6-burner propane BBQ makes dinner outside feel effortless. As sunset hits the mountains, gather around the propane fire pit, settle into the gravel courtyard, and let the evening stretch under the kind of sky Joshua Tree does best. Four propane tanks are shared between the grill and fire pit for guest use.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note that the pool heat pump may have difficulty reaching or maintaining higher temperatures during colder weather. Water temperature can vary based on outdoor conditions.
- Please note that the home is located on the corner of a quiet residential neighborhood, with one fairly busy road along one side of the property.
- Pool heat is available for an additional $250/night and must be requested 24-48 hours before the day of check-in.
- Please note that the pool uses a heat pump heater, which may not reach adequate temperatures during the coldest months. Pool heat is not available during December and January.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
