The space
Your private oasis offers an immersive experience, harmonizing with nature’s rhythm while being conveniently located just minutes to the Joshua Tree National Park (JTNP). Embrace the tranquility of the high desert as you stroll through artistically curated gardens or bask in the warmth of the desert sun. Each sunrise invites adventure, while every sunset promises serenity, making this residence a rare gem where modern luxury meets the rugged beauty of the peaceful desert.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including both front and back yards, three outdoor patios, and the natural wonders that surround the home. Indulge in the artistic ambiance and zen vibes, creating a perfect backdrop for relaxation and rejuvenation.

As long as the Rental Agreement is signed you'll have lock access at 3:00 pm.

Arrival anytime after 3:00pm unless arrangements are made otherwise (possible option for an early check in for an additional fee). Late check out without prior arrangements $100 per 30 minutes.

RENTAL AGREEMENT/ PRE-ARRIVAL FORM
For county and insurance compliance, the responsible booking person will sign a Rental Agreement and complete our Pre-Arrival Form. After booking you'll receive a link to complete. I appreciate your time and efforts with this process.

CLEANING / SANITIZATION
Heath, safety and wellbeing of my guests are of utmost importance to me. For this reason, I use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out. Self-check-in is also employed to avoid unnecessary person-to-person contact, you'll get check in instructions morning of arrival.

GETTING TO MY PLACE
You will travel 2 minutes from the Joshua Village, Highway 62 to Sunburst to Dennis which becomes a dirt road (where we all experience our first ahhhh getting off the beaten path) and then to Barbara. All cars are safe on the dirt roads.

SECURITY CAMERAS
I have 24/7 video/audio security cameras on the keypad of the entrance door of the property, and covering the front driveway of the property, these are not monitored, used in case of issues.

WEATHER
When it's Hot bring hats and sunscreen, plan on your outside time being earlier in the day and drink more water than you think you'll need. When it's cold bring layers, altitudes make a difference.

SEPTIC SYSTEM
JT properties use a Septic System for waste. Nothing goes down the sinks (i.e. food waste, cooking oils, etc. down sinks) only TP down toilet.

Pet Policiy:
We welcome your fury friends, but house-trained dogs only! $75 per pet, per stay. Be sure to stay with your pet, and make sure to keep your pet leashed at all times when outside. This is to keep your pet safe. Under no circumstances, leave your pet outside unattended.
We are in the wild! No pets allowed on furniture/beds.
No barking.
Owners must clean up dog waste, both inside and outside, and clean up after your pet.
Excessive messiness/hair will result in extra cleaning fees.

Fire Pit/Fire Place:
Please clean up the fire pits and fire place after use. Put any hot ash in the aluminum cans outside.
Fires need to always be attended. Do not walk away from your fire.
Use the screen on the fire place at all times.
Bring your own wood and fire starter. Do not use any liquid fire starter, inside nor outside.
Feel free to leave any left over wood, if still burnable, for the next guest.
