"Overall, a good hotel. Mid-grade, clean room, pretty standard breakfast that was edible but nothing to write home about. In room temperature control was disappointing - first night we were VERY warm and AC was not up to the task. We called for a fan and all the available fans were already in use so we were pretty much told "sorry but there's nothing to be done". So, if you're there and it's going to be particularly warm be prepared for the room to be toasty. We ended up buying a fan at Walmart...

"The rooms we stayed in were nice, clean and comfy. The a/c worked great and the pool was fun. Neighborhood felt safe. We skipped breakfast but there is a cracker barrel nearby. Free washer and dryer in the middle of our roadtrip was great!"

"Staff wasn’t very personable. Super slow checking in. The room was filthy. There is stuff splattered on the walls everywhere. Cigarette tar build up in AC vent. carpet and tile was sticky. Carpet was fraying and snagged. There was mold in the bathroom and mold spores on toilet paper. Dirty spots on blanket, pee stain on bedding. Fridge and microwaves weren’t cleaned very well. Curtains had stuff on them. Bed was lousy. Whole hotel smelled like smoke and animals."

"The bathroom light didn't turn on, and when I reported it, I was treated terribly, told it was a maintenance issue and I had to live with it. There were no towels in the room, and when I went to ask for them, they refused to give them to me. The laundry room wasn't working; the ice was closed. A terrible experience."

"Upon arrival the room we were given had the slightest issue in the bathroom that wouldn’t have impeded on our stay yet the customer service was so amazing they put us up in a suit for the same price as the basic room! The shuttle was amazing and prompt, the food was delicious and as for anything to change, can’t think of one! Great customer service, beautiful building and comfy beds!"
