"Great property! Stayed 3 nights. Very responsive. I would update the amenities to include an iron and hair dryer! BIG plus for me. Cleaning company needs to care for a few cobwebs….. other than that no complaints! Very clean and fresh smelling!"

"The place was great for our stay to visit the Precious Moments Chapel. The beds were comfortable and the home was very clean. It’s conveniently located one block from the convenience store, grocery store, Dollar General and Scooters. My little suggestion would be to have a mirror in each bedroom. We had three women getting ready and only one bathroom having the only mirror in the house. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay again if we make any more trips to Carthage!"

"Older home but has some nice updates. Worked well for our ladies church group who were there for a women's conference. Beds were comfortable but sofa sleepers were not as comfortable-worked for the one night we were there. Instructions and communication with owner was outstanding."

"House is clean, the feature I liked the best is the two bathrooms separately outside of the bedrooms so the bedrooms are bigger. Plenty of parking spaces on the side and back of the house. Very quiet neighborhood, not too many vehicles on the street"

"The tone of rules sent on check in day were quite abrasive. The instructions for entering the house could have been clearer. Once inside, we found the older home delightfully restored. It was very comfortable for our family and easy to find location. All bedrooms are upstairs so not great for older people."

"We brought our granddaughter to Joplin for a mini vacation. Did the explorations in the town in the morning & used the pool in the afternoon. Property was very nice & our granddaughter loved the pool. Rachel responded promptly to all my texts & had games we played in the evening."

"Beautiful and updated house in a very nice quiet neighborhood. The furniture was attractive and functional. The decor was pleasing. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the host provided nice linens, towels, warm blankets and welcoming touches like white noise machines, shower soaps, messages regarding wi-fi and a fun theater room. The host communicated in a prompt and welcoming way and we felt very at home in this house. We would highly recommend this host and house and would absolutely...
