I am pleased to offer you my two 4****-rated furnished studio apartments, located in a quiet area in the city center, in the heart of a wooded, fenced-in garden:

Your accommodation includes, among other things:
- bathroom with walk-in shower
- queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm)
- fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher)
- closet and storage space
- Wi-Fi
- private terrace with patio furniture
A washing machine is available for your use in the shared laundry room (detergent provided).

The bed will be made before your arrival; towels and a hygiene kit are provided; and I will handle the end-of-stay cleaning in accordance with health and safety guidelines, in short, you don’t have to worry about a thing so you can fully enjoy your stay...

I will welcome you personally upon arrival and will be available throughout your stay to provide any assistance you may need.

1/ About Cancellations
Prices are calculated as accurately as possible. They are non-refundable, except in cases of cancellation due to force majeure (travel bans, lockdowns, etc.). In the event of a cancellation due to force majeure, I will issue a full refund for the canceled nights.
To protect yourself from financial loss in the event of a cancellation for reasons other than force majeure, you have the option to purchase cancellation insurance:
- either online when you make your reservation: the “safebooking” option is offered by the broker “Gritchen” for an additional 4.5%
- or through your insurance provider (the “vacation rental” option);
- or through any other insurer, such as Europ Assistance, for a cost of approximately €40 per year (estimated price)
Please note that if you pay online with a VISA PREMIER or GOLD MASTERCARD, you are covered by cancellation insurance (see terms and conditions with your bank).

Furthermore, the “vacation rental” insurance policy you’ve taken out with your insurer or any other insurer includes liability coverage that protects you in the event of a claim for which you are unintentionally responsible (water damage, fire, etc.).

2/ About Pets
Pets are not allowed.

3/ Comfortable guest room
If the studio you wish to reserve is not available for the entire duration of your stay, my comfortable guest room with its modern bathroom is available to accommodate you for as long as needed (subject to availability) at the same price as the studio (breakfast not included).
During your stay in the guest room, you’ll have free access to the shared kitchen to prepare and enjoy your meals.
