"This unit was perfect for my stay in Alexandria. I was visiting my Dad in the hospital nearby and this unit had everything I needed. It rained while I was there and that made this unit a bright spot to land each day. The washer/dryer were perfect for the small loads I needed during my stay. "The Creole Cottage was everything I expected and then some. The home was cozy, so quiet, well equipped with snacks, soaps, dishes… The beds were very comfortable and the claw foot tub and shower were perfect. The backyard was private and welcoming. Please note that the inside fire place is gas, but you will need to bring your own firewood for the outdoor fire pit. Also, there is a kuerig plus a regular coffee pot in the kitchen.
