PRIVATE ENTRANCE w GARAGE PARKING!

Located one mile from Cherokee National Forest and Buffalo Mountain, this comfy suite is the ideal getaway out of town. The private room, with garage parking, is located 8 mins from Erwin, 10 mins to Historic downtown Jonesborough and 15 mins to downtown Johnson City and 50 mins to Asheville. (8 mins to I-26) No immediate close neighbors so feel free let loose, build a fire out back, grill out or whatever your heart desires! Just nothing too insanely crazy!! :)
The space
Located off the end of my house is a "mother-n-law" suite. It is one room, that was newly remodeled in April 2022, that has a sink/toilet/shower all in one. Guests will be able to park in the garage and walk directly into their private room. The suite has a new memory foam queen mattress, fridge, microwave, Keurig, heat/ac. The room does have ducted heat/air, however it does stay rather cool in this room, which is great for summer months! A tower electric heater stays in the room during the cooler months.
PLEASE, if there is anything you need during your stay, let me know and I will do my very best to accommodate you!!

Guest access
Guests will have access to the garage parking, rented room and full use of the outdoor area!
Other things to note
The garage will only fit 2/4 door cars and SUVS. PLEASE DO NOT attempt to park a full size truck in the garage. IF SO, any damage to your vehicle will not be the property owners responsibility. However, you will be financially liable for any damage to the addressed residence while parking in the garage.
