In the countryside between Lac du Der and the lakes and forests of the Orient, Le martin pecheur

Upstairs, you will have a living room with a fitted kitchen opening onto a lounge/living room with a sofa bed (possibility of 2 additional beds), a spacious double bedroom (2 beds of 90x190 which can be offered as a double bed or separate beds), a bathroom (shower, sink, WC). On the ground floor, you will find a room shared by two gites consisting of a laundry area and a relaxation lounge with tourist brochures. Outside, you will enjoy free and private parking, a private terrace (garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs, barbecue) and an enclosed garden to share.
A gym and a shared swimming pool, dedicated to the gites are accessible to all free of charge. Heated and covered, the swimming pool measures 3.70*10.50 meters.
A wellness area with sauna/soon Hammam/jacuzzi/tea room/toilets to be privatized (supplement of €80 for a 2-hour session).
Animals are not allowed in this cottage.
Municipal reception room nearby. On the Route des Eglises classés, halfway between the Lacs d'Orient and Der, come and stay in this cottage adjoining another cottage located on the first floor of a large house. In order to facilitate your stay, the beds will be made on arrival, the end-of-stay cleaning as well as the charges (heating/electricity) will be included in the price.
