🏡 Respect the Property – Treat the home with care and report any damages or maintenance issues to the host immediately.



🚫 No Illegal Substances – The use of any illegal substances is strictly forbidden on the property.



👥 Guests & Visitors – Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Visitors are not permitted unless approved by the host in advance.



🧹 Maintain Cleanliness – Please keep the property clean and tidy during your stay. Excessive cleaning required after check-out may result in additional fees.



🤝 To help maintain our property in great condition, a refundable security hold of $500 (or a $75 non-refundable damage waiver) is required before check-in. This deposit is fully refundable after your stay if no damage or extra cleaning is needed.
