Was there during a hot weekend (95ish) and was worried about no AC, but somehow the place stayed nice and cool. Would definitely stay there again"

"I booked this unit for a annual fishing trip my buddy and I have done for 30 years, as our tent-camping days ended a few years ago. This is the cleanest, most comfortable condo I've ever rented! "I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this small apartment conveniently located in downtown Downieville. Great views of the town below and surrounding mountains. The lodging was very clean and comfortable with a quiet atmosphere conducive to relaxation. As previous reviewers have mentioned the driveway up to the house is very steep so make sure you have decent tires and put your car in low gear before heading up the road! I would be happy to stay here again next time I make it to Downieville."

"Some friends and I came to mountain bike on Mt Hough and golf in Graeagle. Property worked great for us. Bathrooms, kitchen, and living spaces were clean and well appointed. We enjoyed alfresco dining on the back patio. Mountain bikers, the Yuba Expeditions shuttle service is just a mile away. "

"This was our second stay, so I guess we must like it. Seems like they improved the shower since last time, so that was nice. TV was a little difficult to get up and running but we eventually managed. Only other (very minor) thing would be to flip the hinges on the refrigerator door so it opens on the other side. Everything else was just fine!"
