"We loved our stay at Boyce Cottage! The location is gorgeous. You can easily access Warsaw, Lewisetta Marina, Montrose, and more. The house is really comfortable with tons of extras like kayaks, a canoe, games, grill, and more. The kitchen has all the tools and equipment you need. The owner is super responsive and helpful. "Three generations (11 of us) stayed for several Thanksgiving days. Played cards & games, went for walks & bike rides, cooked & ate meals together. The house and locale was just what we'd hoped: quiet, away from it all, very welcoming, room for all, comfortable and clean. The bay - so close! - was gorgeous even off-season. There were pretty sunsets and crystal-clear stars in dark night sky. Even the rainy day was lovely - view from the cozy indoors can't be beat. Much gratitude for sweet family...
