"Really everything was perfect. It's a lovely old home skillfully converted to a Bed and Breakfast. Each room has its own private bath and temperature control. Parking is limited, but very handy. Not a negative, but just so you know - light breakfast is available in the kitchen, but is completely self-serve. If you're expecting the host to be there making eggs, don't. :-)"

"Terrible!
Without a doubt, this was the worst place I've ever been in my entire life. This isn't a hotel, it's a garbage dump!
I'm used to using the Baymont chain elsewhere, and I can't believe Wyndham allows the use of its brand in this place! Of the 15 rooms I booked, every one was filthy! Some even had vomit on the curtains, and the smell was everywhere. I swear, at times I thought it was one of those infamous TV pranks. It wasn't the purest disappointment of users who were just looking for...

"super clean. lots of free amenities including individually cooked breakfast. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.
Rooms have been tastefully redone. The only thing less that five stars is the the remodel was done very quickly with some paint splatters etc. However the price is very reasonable.I highly recommend this hotel."

"The bedding was stained, the towels were very dirty and stained ! The breakfast was left over except the biscuits and eggs . After house keeping came they only left 1 towel and no face cloths and when I went to the front desk and asked for more because it was 4 ppl in the room they only gave me 1 more towel and just 2 face cloths. It could be a lot better for the price they are charging "

"Great, historical place to stay when in Lynchburg, TN. The people that run it now were very nice and gave us fresh eggs from the chickens that roam the property. We stayed in the carriage house and it was exactly as advertised. Look forward to staying there again in the future. "
