"Perfect lake house, for our family with 3 teens. House was great and lots of communication from owner via email and binder. We did all the lake stuff.. paddleboard, kayak, swim, fish and it was perfect. My favorite was floating in the water and reading on the dock. According to the notes and reviews, upstairs loft and small bedroom were quite warm but it was also August and very hot outside. Otherwise a comfortable retreat. "This is a lovely cottage on the lake. It was very relaxing sitting on the deck and gazing on the beautiful lake. The cottage is very clean and nicely furnished and decorated. The host is very responsive and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this cottage to others looking for a pleasant getaway!"

"It was very clean with beautiful views looking out of the front windows. There was enough room for all of us. We had to get used to the little steps all over so we wouldn't trip. We couldn't find a dust pan to go with the broom."

"This was the perfect property for our group of 12 ranging in age from 3-79 years old. There was something for everyone at this beautiful historic bungalow on the Rock River: fishing, kayaking, relaxing (indoors and out), a closet full of board games, a jukebox and game room, etc. All recreational equipment (kayaks, life jackets, bicycles, fishing poles etc) was in excellent working order. The house was amply furnished with comfortable beds, fresh linens, cozy spaces to relax, and place settings...

The lake house is perfectly located with beautiful views of the lake and full access to the dock with pontoon boat, kayaks and paddle boat.
