Come find your inner balance at this Asian-inspired home. This three bedroom (w/pull-out couch in LR) is 5 minutes from Binghamton University, Wilson and Lourdes Hospitals, and the Parkway. Come bbq under the pergola in the spacious backyard or cook in the Japanese-style kitchen. The living room and all of the bedrooms have their own televisions, and comfortable places to stretch out. The space
Each of the bedrooms have a queen-size bed. The living room has a full-size pull out bed.
Guest access
You will have access to the first and second floor, the driveway, and the backyard. The basement and garage are not open to guests. There is parking enough for three smaller cars in the driveway. The street has free parking and alternates sides of the street in the winter.
Other things to note
This house rents 28+ days by contract, and will require a deposit.
