It is located in an excellent neighborhood which is close to ETSU, VA Hospital, walking distance to Freedom Hall Civic center, Johnson City Mall, Downtown Johnson City. Also a very short drive to Bristol motor speedway, Bristol Casino.

The home is an older home built in the early 1950's. The shower pans are a bit older and have not been fully remolded yet. If things like that bother you please don't stay. The three bedrooms are as follows. The master has a king bed main floor, guest room has a queen bed also on main floor, and full bed located upstairs. Guests can relax in the tranquil atmosphere of this gorgeous property. It has an 8ft privacy fence around the entire back yard. Complete with a firepit, grill and also an outdoor tv for entertaining.
