"Just the fact that it is 1930s vintage says a lot. Check-in and directions super easy. There was a surprise batch of cookies and a fireplace starter which were both delightful. Kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked. Bedrooms very small but the outside front porch, back porch and yard provided cool places to relax and unwind. Near-by Usher Park a perfect place for small children. "

"Great Location, minutes from lake George, kids caught about 30 fish over the weekend in the river. "

"Adorable little cottage just a few minutes from Lake George. Perfect weekend getaway for my wife and I! The hosts were extremely nice, made sure everything was clean for when we arrived, and even left us some tasty donuts on the kitchen table! Would absolutely stay again next time we take a trip to the area!"

"First of all, this place is just gorgeous. The decor, cleanliness and cozy feel can't be beat. Yes, the lack of running water is challenging, but I had a warm shower each day and even managed to shave. Cooking, washing and showering just took longer. I wasn't in a rush. My only complaint is the incinerator toilet. I think my bladder is just too large, so caution there. Otherwise, it worked well. The communication was rapid and effective. I'd stay here again for sure!"

"Spectacular stay here at this Lake George VRBO property. The accommodation suited our needs as we are an extended family of 19 from various parts of the country. We sought a location with a minimum of 8 bedrooms on the water and this property did not disappoint. In addition, we rented the boat for the week.A few minor issues with the premises, hopefully the owners will correct, mainly the lighting and handrails leading to/from each house are not very well maintained. More lighting on the...

"This cabin was so cute, clean and well-maintained. Tom has excellent communication skills and was a great host. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to escape and relax by the lake. There is great fishing, boating and beachfront. "

"We absolutely loved our stay in the cabins! They were warm and cozy, making for an amazing experience. Being by the river was incredible - falling asleep to the sound of the water was pure bliss. We also had a blast swimming in the lake with the baby. The cabin itself was spotless and very welcoming. Overall, we'd give it a well-deserved 5 out of 5 stars. Can't wait to come back!"
