"Hotel was nice and located in a nice area with a lot of stores and restaurants in the vicinity. Room was clean, big and bed was comfortable, but the pillows were horrible. Flattened like pancakes as soon as you laid on them. Parking is a 1/2 block away and is not a big inconvenience if the weather is nice. Breakfast is a nice added perk, but wasn’t very appealing. Overall nice hotel and only 20-25 min from downtown Baltimore depending on traffic. I booked here on accident and made the best of...

"Breakfast foods. Some was from the day before. Elevators on the west side of hotel were down and had to walk completely around to the east side to get a ride. Toilet was leaking all over the bathroom floor and told. but no service. Tried to charge for my parking. Ice machine on mine and floor below had no ice. Will not be staying there again...."

"Nice safe neighborhood, plenty of eateries and shops. The front desk was neither cold or welcoming- very professional.The”free” parking is across a street that has no crosswalk only a roundabout. If the weather was bad it would have been very annoying. The other lot about a lock and a half- outdoors. Both are free for anyone to use- not just guests. Starbucks on site!"
