Thank your for your positive rating and would like to confirm the following. We do not allow eating and drinking in the rooms to avoid spillages and grease and the ants. The room key deposit is fully refundable on the return of the key. We close at midnight as Terrylin is a house and our guest have travelled for many hours and want a good nights rest. The water problem was due to a broken municipal pipe in the area which has now been fixed. They apologise for the inconvenience.
