The unit offers one undercover parking space and is secure. It is ideal for business travelers or families on vacation, accommodating up to 2 adults and 2 children.

This stylish one-bedroom apartment features a sleeper sofa in the living room within a secure complex in Sunninghill. It boasts an open-plan kitchen and living area that leads to a covered patio and private garden. The unit includes a separate bedroom and an en-suite bathroom with a shower (no bathtub, accessible through the bedroom). Both the bedroom and living area are equipped with blackout blinds. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, and a four-plate stove.
The apartment offers Wi-Fi, and the TV is connected to Netflix, Prime, and YouTube, but does NOT provide SABC channels or DSTV.
Please note, the apartment is not serviced daily but only once a week for stays exceeding 10 days.
