Failure to comply with our noise rules will lead to immediate cancellation of your booking with no refund. misconduct will be reported immediately. No Visitors will be allowed during your stay. This is very important for guests to understand before making your booking. For security purposes, we do not make exceptions to this Policy. Only the number of guests that booked and paid for will be allowed in the property.

Cleaning is per stay NOT daily. if you have booked for more than 2 nights, we will offer a free cleaning service and change your linen and towels. should you wish for daily cleaning, please note that you will need to pay R250-00, before cleaning, swimming is not allowed after 6 pm even during the weekend.

Music and noise outside must be off by 8 pm on weekends. Music can be played inside the house and should be kept at a minimum until 8 pm because we are situated in a residential area with rules and regulations. During your stay, there will be a full-time night guard onsite this is for your safety and comfort. Privacy and quietness are important to our neighbours. Quite times are from 8 pm to 10 am. Failure to comply with this request will lead to a report to Airbnb.

Any misconduct will be reported immediately.
