Directions: The Regency Hotel is located at 27 Matroosberg Rd, next to Menlyn Mall on the corner of Garsfontein road and the N1 Highway.
Please note that this is a self catering unit. Extra cleaning will be arranged at an extra cost for the cleaning of linen and change of towels.

There is a garden, restaurant, gym, conference centre and swimming pool located on the ground floor.

There are 2 en-suite bathrooms, with a bath and shower in the main bathroom and a shower in the second bathroom.

The showers performs best when hot is turned to its maximum and cold regulated slightly in both bathrooms.

The unit has 2 parking bays in the basement, numbered p. 17 and p.18.
