"Staff and the cleanliness of the property was definitely a factor in my rating. Food provided had good options and everyone in my party who wanted breakfast enjoyed that too."
"I have reaerved a double-queen bed bedroom, but only a king-sized bedroom was available.
A cocoroach appeared in my bedroom.
The staff was nice, but my frustration remained."
"Very nice hotel. Parking is busy with dining and fun on site. But if you cannot find parking in front of the hotel or under ground, there is a parking garage about a 3 minute walk along a path from the hotel which had more than ample parking available. There was also a golf cart if you wanted a ride to the hotel."
"New and modern the rooms are very spacious as standard at Homewood hotels. Front desk people (in general) needs more training in order to try to smile and be nicer to guests. The house keeping is very poor. As the room has a complete kitchen there are some items that should be replaced everyday (soap, kitchen towels, paper cups, coffee, etc.). The team who works during the breakfast and reception hours is completely different. They are all very nice and helpful."

"O hotel Está em reforma geral. Poeira para todo lado.
Porém a equipe de funcionários faz de tudo para manter o melhor conforto possivel para os hospedes.
Os quartos que já estão renovados sao excelentes e vale muito a pena.
Os quartos antigos são ruins."
"Great food options, hamburgers, bakery, pizza, ice cream, drinks. Beds were comfortable and king size, in both rooms. Internet was fine, some buffering in bedroom. Didn't get to use the living room TV as it was broken all week. Easy parking, self transportation, and Uber rides were easy as well. Showers where good as well. Very nice stay, will stay here again in the future. Thanks"
