The Space:
Nioka Rise by Tiny Away is a stylish tiny house, perfectly positioned in Jindera in the picturesque Riverina region of New South Wales. Just 16 minutes from Albury, you’ll have easy access to the Murray River’s scenic beauty, historic architecture, and local wineries.
For a taste of nature closer to home, take a short drive to Table Top, or visit Noreuil Park, right on the Murray River, and the beautiful Albury Botanic Gardens, where you can unwind and immerse yourself in the region's natural beauty.
A cozy 190-square-foot tiny home with a lofted queen-sized bed, and a convertible single-bed couch on the ground floor. All with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.
Guest Access:
Guests can access the tiny home and the entire front paddock, approximately 1.5 acres.
You are welcome to pick some fruit from our plum and nectarine trees, located next to the entrance.

Nioka Rise by Tiny Away is a peaceful and private tiny house located in Jindera, in the Riverina region of NSW. Just 16 minutes from Albury, it’s the perfect escape — close to shops, restaurants, pubs, art galleries, and more.
Enjoy outdoor fun at Lake Hume and the Murray River, perfect for swimming, fishing, or relaxing by the water. Visit the Albury Botanic Gardens, explore the Rutherglen Wine Region, and take in contemporary art at the Murray Art Museum Albury. Don’t miss Noreuil Park by the river or a day trip to the historic town of Beechworth, known for its beautiful heritage buildings, vibrant food scene, and outdoor activities.
Getting Around:
By car:
- 12 mins to Table Top
- 16 mins drive to Albury
- 3.5 hours drive from Melbourne
- 5.5 hours drive from Sydney, which are all reachable by 2WD.
By public transport:
- Trains are available to Albury fr Melbourne and Sydney
- Taxis are available from Albury station
Other Things to Note:
- Firewood provided for free
- No uninvited guests or visitors allowed
- Mobile phone reception has a good signal
- Gas BBQ grill and Outdoor fire pit are available
- No smoking inside the tiny home except in designated areas
- Keep an eye on their children at all times as the stairs to the loft is steep
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- We have a Border Collie dog onsite. She is friendly and approachable, but if this is an issue we can keep her fenced away.
Snake safety guidelines
- Avoid walking through tall grass or grasslands as there are snakes
- Please wear long loose pants and close-toed shoes like boots and sneakers when roaming around
Important note:
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present
- BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
