"As we arrived in the morning the apartment was not quite ready, however the reception had a small room where we were allowed to freshen up, which was great. They were very accommodating and efficient. When we requested additional towels and toilet rolls, these were provided fairly quickly. Rooms were also cleaned as and when you leave the sign on the door. The hot tub in the room was brilliant and the highlight of this apartment. "The property was okay, but did not quite meet expectations from the image. The location is perfect, and justifies the value a lot. Checking in went far from easy, being online and the agreed check in time delayed by over half an hour. I recommend the place if you’re willing to talk to an AI concierge instead of an in-person check-in."
