"The house was spotless. What I really appreciate it was they had all the cooking utensils I needed for a meal we planned with friends. I brought my home but did not need it this time. The people were wonderful during check-in and checkout. The view of the the river pond was fantastic. The use of the Hot Tub was easy and was fully cleaned and spotless. "Clean, Comfortable Home, close to the Casino. This is the perfect house rental, because it is clean. Beyond housekeeping, I mean no one's left over condiments or food are in the refrigerator. The cabinets are not overflowing with food storage containers. Everything is perfectly appointed. "

"This was the worst experience we’ve ever had. We wrote the host several times on to get the check in instructions and they went unanswered. We arrived at 4pm as we said we would- and still had no instructions and no reply from the host. We had our entire Thanksgiving dinner in the car along with food for the two nights. We ended up having to throw most of it away. Finally the host emailed us at 7pm- we had children with us who needed to eat- and spent 600 on dinner when we had been...
