In the heart of the Pays d'Othe, 25 minutes from Troyes, you’ll be charmed by this small, single-story townhouse attached to the owner’s home. Ideal for a couple with a baby or for coworkers, you’ll have a separate entrance, parking, and private outdoor spaces. The very discreet owners will let you enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside. At your disposal: a living room with a sitting area and dining area, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with two 90x190 beds that can be arranged into one large 180x190 double bed, and a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. Outside, a private terrace and courtyard are at your disposal, complete with patio furniture, a charcoal grill, a plancha, lounge chairs, and a parasol. You’ll also have access to an unfenced grassy area. The beds will be made upon your arrival; towels and linens are provided; end-of-stay cleaning, as well as heating and electricity, are included in the price of your stay. Pets are welcome (€7 per pet per day).
