This location was a nice break in lieu of a hotel room during a weekend lacrosse tournament in Midlothian. The drive was a super easy 25 minutes to the complex. We tried the local brewery mentioned in the listing, and it too was a great experience. We utilized the kitchen, grill, and patio to host a small family gathering and everything worked as expected. "Michael was an excellent host. Property was clean and equipped as promised. Complete with Keurig and K-cups! Very quiet community, close to the places that we needed to go. High Bridge Trail is nearby, Three Rivers Brewery in Farmville. Nice selection of local houses of worship in the area. Would definitely recommend"

"Very quick and easy in and out process. Everything we needed we had. "

"Perfect location for our needs. Parking spots always available. Very nice to have a kitchen and living area rather than be in a hotel room, though we did not cook there. It was nice to have the big refrigerator for leftovers and the microwave to warm them up. The living room furniture was adequate, but we did not spend a lot of time there. Overall it worked out very well for us.and thin."

"There was a mix-up with our reservation, but it was immediately taken care of at our arrival. The hosts were amazing, and we had a wonderful weekend! I will definitely rent from them again the next time we are in Farmville."

"The guys I work with booked this house to get out of the normal hotel stay. The house has two bedrooms and a pullout couch April to accommodate all of our people. The bathroom is a jack and Jill and very convenient for getting up in the middle of the night. The train was loud at night, but I grew up in Indiana home of the train tracks. I’m used to it. The refrigerator door does open loudly so if you’re trying to be quiet at night, it’s a dead giveaway when someone’s in the fridge that everything...

"My friend got married at a family farm near Powhatan, and we couldn’t find a hotel that wasn’t 45 mins away. Then my girlfriend found this home and it literally made our little mini vacation. The owner is nice, and the horses are super friendly. Didn’t get to take advantage of the horseback riding, but if given just one more day, we for sure would have!"
