"Room was spacious and clean. The balcony was small, but cosy. If you want some quiet, I would avoid the pool facing rooms. Nice view of the sunrise, but lots of noise from the pool area. "

"The place is in an excellent location but quite dated. The sofas in the rooms are old and the carpet smells like humid. If you have kids with asthma or allergies this is not the place for you. Anyways, I personally do not recommend if you’re staying with your family."

"First of all the elevator is very dirty and has a very bad smell in our room we had no water pressure to get a decent shower took forever because of low pressure only one set of towels to lasts for days didn’t leave enough toilet paper no washcloth had to go out and buy one TV in the bedroom could not get to work smoke alarm kept going off I had to disconnect it from the wall and pull the battery kept going off for no reason one night left it on the counter"

"The room: clean with great working air conditioning, bed was AWFUL, no dishwasher and just generally dated. The location: fantastic since you can see the SpaceX launch towers from the 6th floor but it's not easy to walk to the beach. The rental management company: great communication with easy, clear instructions on entry to the room. The down side was pest control in the whole building in the middle of our trip but it was communicated after our arrival. Overall: it was just so-so but could have...
