"The room was clean but the cleaner they used or air freshener was overpowering in my opinion. The water had an earthy smell to it on the 8th floor. The stove in my room acted strangely and forced me to throw out my dinner because the burner I intended to cook on seemed to turn off while turned on and the rear burner would get hot without turning it on and then turn off. It was frustrating."

"Love staying here great staff great location, beautiful rooms very comfy. Valet is awesome. My only complaint is the pool bar closes way to early then we have to walk in wet and cold to the bar inside to get drinks and you can’t even enter the double doors by the bar cause they block that off I had to enter through the restroom. Big detour should have waiters pass by the pool to offer service. Other than I recommend staying here."

"The bedding and floor was very damp due to poor ventilation in the room. We could not sleep at all that night because the sheets felt too wet. We asked to be placed in a different room for the next night and the new room was a little better. The carpet was still damp but at least the bedding was ok. The bathrooms were tiny. Definitely not worth the price for the stay. Wish we would have booked somewhere else. We asked for a refund for the first night since the beds were wet and the manager Josie...
