"Property is located just out of town and is on the end of a horseshoe of houses. We had plans in Jerseyville, Alton, and Grafton and this location made it easy to get to all three. The house is very neat and clean and comfy. It's a 2 bedroom house with queen beds and a pull out sofa in the living room that has a queen bed. The hosts communicated very well. We had no problems finding the place or checking in. It was a very nice stay and I would highly recommend it."

"Great place For relaxation. We loved watching the barges on the river. Our hosts were very Fantastic Bring us fresh hot delicious chocolate chip cookies upon our arrival. We had everything we could possibly need."

"It was perfect for our overflow for our family wedding. Communication was outstanding with the owner. We couldn’t ask for a better place. It was clean and comfortable. My family was pleased with the property and the location. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you!"

"The house is how it looks, very clean and although small it is perfect for a group 4. The covered deck is great and we needed it as it rained both days we were there. However we were able to play cards. You could easily walk to Drifters restaurant/bar from there and the another half mile you are in the middle of Grafton."

"Great place"

"The cottage is fantastic! The views from the deck or the screened porch are great. The interior seems to have been recently updated. Very clean and comfy.It is within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and nightlife. Also walking distance to the Aerie Skylift and winery. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone. We would definetly stay there again."

"We had a mother/daughter birthday weekend and it worked out perfect. The “moms” all stayed in one house and the daughters stayed in the other house. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"This was a great property to stay the weekend while visiting family in Florissant. It comfortably accommodated 6 adults and is pet friendly. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials to cook during your stay if you choose. The basement was a great bonus space, with a pool table and workout equipment. Christian, the host, was so hospitable and accommodating leading up to and during our entire stay.There were, however, a few things that could be improved. Each bed had only one pillow per...

"The stay was phenomenal. The location was a block away from everything. Restaurants, bars, shops, and gas stations were accessible within a rock’s throw. The host was there if I needed her. The house was perfect for me and my group. Everyone was very impressed."
