"Just returned from staying at a street view apartment. Bigger than expected with separate bedroom, kitchen living area and good size bathroom. We like to have our own kitchen, hence an apartment suits us well. This is not a hotel so do not expect your bed to be made each day, we personally prefer the privacy. were only there 4 nights. The location was fabulous, so central, the bus station was next to the apartments and buses so easy to navigate and use. Lots of good places to eat...

"I can’t recommend the Royal Yacht enough. There was a feeling of luxury as soon as we walked in the door but luxury with friendliness and warmth. The staff were great, food fantastic and our room (not one of the most expensive!) was comfortable and warm. The location was central which we wanted as we were without a car so really convenient. The only drawback was the noise from traffic and night life but once in our room it was only noticeable when there was live entertainment at the hotel or...

"Hotel was in an excellent location for exploring St Helier and had free guest parking. The room was a good size and very comfortable. Staff were lovely and very helpful. The kitchen preparing breakfast was excellent and the serving staff were efficient, helpful and friendly. We loved having our breakfast. The Spa pool was very nice too. We would definitely come here again."

I thought the hotel looked a bit tired and needed modernising with small old fashioned bedrooms but bathroom clean and serviceable. The grill restaurant gave us an excellent meal. Cocktails were great. My Atlantic cod dish was SUPERB!!"
