• No Smoking/Vaping: Strictly prohibited indoors and in common areas. Violators will result in removal and a $1000 fine.
• Check-In: 4:00 PM (Early checkin fee: $50/hr)
• Check-Out: 10:00 AM (Late fee: $50/hr).
• Guest Limit: Only listed guests may stay overnight.
• Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM-7:00 AM.

General Rules
• Children must be supervised
• No rearranging furniture or tampering with electronics.
• Turn off appliances and lights when leaving.
• No mail, pets, or pre-check-in bag storage.
• No shoes indoors.

Prohibited Activities
• No parties, events, photoshoots or crypto mining. Extra utility use incurs fees.

Additional Notes
• Booking holder (25+ with ID) must be present throughout the stay.
• Respect shared spaces and respect neighbor`s privacy.

We reserve the right to retain your deposit for rule violations.

Security & Safety
For the protection of our guests and the property:
•One exterior security camera is installed at the entrance of the unit.
•No cameras or recording devices are ever placed inside the home.
Tampering with or disabling the security camera is strictly prohibited.

We prioritize our guests` safety and comfort but cannot be responsible for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, or damages during their stay. We recommend travel insurance for unexpected events and encourage guests to take precautions like locking doors and windows. By booking, guests accept responsibility for their safety and release us from liability for any incidents.
