Unit #102- Hutchinson Island Beach Club Resort
On South Hutchinson Island, centrally located between Miami and
Orlando you will find a small quaint oceanfront condominium resort.
Among tall highrises is this four story building (Island Beach
Resort). The complex includes a restaurant, tiki bar,gift shop, heated oceanfront swimming pool, charcoal BBQ grills, patio tables with umbrellas and many
lounge chairs to fall asleep on.
Our unit #102, is on the first floor directly facing the ocean.Our
unit is the perfect set-up for small families. Access to the beach
and pool is nice and convenient(no elevators or interior hallways to
deal with). Although the little ones will still be safe with locked
gates to both pool and beach. No need to lug around all the extra
beach items we provide it for you: beach towels, boogie boards, beach
chairs and a beach umbrella.
Unit 102 includes updated and upgraded kitchen, fully stocked with
all the cooking utensils needed to make a full course meal or
something as simple as a sandwich. The attention to detail is taken
very seriously, and the owners take lots of pride in making your stay
as enjoyable as possible.
The area offers many exciting things to do. If you are a golfer,
there are many courses within a short driving distance. Eagle Marsh
in Jensen Beach, PGA Village in St.Lucie West, Hammock Creek in Palm
City, too many to list all. If fishing is your thing, again many
options, from offshore charters to river excurtions to just surf
fishing, its all here.
Downtown Stuart is just minutes away with quaint little shops,
boutiques, restaurants, galleries, the Lyric theater and even a
wonderful ice cream shop "Kilwins". Downtown Jensen Beach is closer
with the same quaint hometown feel. Every Thursday night local artist
hold a street festival with live music and lots to see & buy.
Parks and many area beaches offer great snorkleing, diving, surfing
or just collecting shells. If your lucky you might even get a glimpse
of our other seasonal vacationers "sea turtles". The Treasure Coast
Square Mall and Regal Movie Theater are only about 20 minutes away.
Once in our condo you will feel like you are miles from civilization,
but have the sense of security knowing it's right around the corner.

Great Condo Location

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. A few pluses were its location. It is on the 1st floor right across from the washer and dryer machines. The door leading to the restaurant Shuckers was about 30 feet away. The door leading to the pool about 40 feet away. The condo was really quite clean and very functional. The minuses. The condo does have 2 sliders leading out to the pool but were impossible to open. The owner had some guys come and look at possibly fixing it while we were there. They said to me that both doors would have to be replaced. Quite an expense. But that really wasnā€™t bad for us since the door leading to the pool area was close by. Both my wife and I like soft beds and these were quite hard. The cleaning woman had to come back to the condo after reaching out to Patrick for soap and dishwasher soap and Kleenex tissue since none was found but that was quickly resolved. All in all a really nice condo in a great location in the 60 condo building. Patrick the owner was great to deal with too. Hope he gets his sliders working though.

This was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Comfortable beds. Easy kitchen. Poolside and beachside ease. Private entrance to Shuckers restaurant for lunch or dinner ease. Could not say any more about this terrific property.

Much needed vacation.

Truly wonderful location. Ground floor apartment has everything you need to enjoy yourself. Pool is heated and well maintained. Your entry to the beach is through a locked gate. Lastly, the property shares a door with shuckers beach restaurant. Great vibe. Music on the weekends. Very nice dining. You canā€™t get much better than this.

Great stay

The apartment was in a perfect location when traveling with kids. The pool and beach are just a few steps away, though the kids couldnā€™t go in the ocean because it was too rough. Apartment was clean; beds were very comfy! The only thing Iā€™d recommend is to add coffee cups and non stick pans to the kitchen. And a few more blankets would have been nice. Other than that, everything was great.

Beach Get-A-Way

We had a wonderful stay on our beach get-a-way! Patrick even contacted us directly to let us know we could check-in early! The convenience of having the pool and ocean steps away was awesome. Our children couldnā€™t wait to get outside to enjoy the sunshine. We enjoyed the restaurant that was attached too. The unit was comfortable and we enjoyed the beachy feel to it. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and coffee everyday. Thank you for a great stay! We would definitely book again.

Florida Getaway (and following my sonā€™s College Baseball team)

Stayed Sunday through Friday at this condo. Amazing location. Nice pool, great beach access, and wonderful restaurant within the property. The condo unit was roomy and comfortable and clean with good appointments. Parking was also ample. Really nice experience overall.

Great little place.

Honestly, it was better than the pictures. I was skeptical about the size / layout based on the pictures, but all the other reviews said it was a great place, and that it definitely was. Many, many extras in a closet that was very nice like fishing poles, cooler, chairs, water toys, etc..
