• The TV consists of a projector and screen which you can tap into via a cable.

• Due to the coastal location, fog, wind, and changing weather are part of the Sonoma Coast experience and can vary throughout the day.

• Wildlife is common in the area. You may see deer, birds, and other native wildlife during your stay.

• Please help us preserve this special home by treating it with care and respecting our quiet neighborhood.

• Feel free to enjoy the front deck but the backyard is strictly off limits to guests, thank you for understanding.

• There are no laundry facilities for guest use.

• The bedroom and each bedroom is furnished with a mini-split heating/cooling unit, operated by remote control.

• For safety reasons: the fireplace is not available for guest use. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the many other amenities the home has to offer.
